Vision

A Virginia where human-wildlife conflicts are resolved safely, legally, ethically, and professionally—protecting people, property, wildlife, and the reputation of the wildlife damage management industry.

Mission

The Virginia Wildlife Damage Management Association advances the wildlife damage management profession through education, ethical standards, industry collaboration, and constructive engagement with government agencies and the public. VWDMA supports professionals who resolve human-wildlife conflicts by promoting safe and responsible practices, providing training and professional development, and strengthening the voice and credibility of the industry throughout the Commonwealth.
