Meet the VWDMA Staff
VWDMA is supported by an experienced association management team dedicated to serving its members and advancing Virginia’s wildlife control industry. Together, Andrea and Kristin work closely with VWDMA’s Board of Directors to support the association’s programs, training events, communications, membership services, and industry initiatives. They stand ready to assist VWDMA members, respond to their needs, and help strengthen the wildlife damage management profession throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Andrea CoronExecutive DirectorAndrea Cooper Coron, Executive Director, is a co-principal of Coron Association Management LLC, and has been supporting the pest management industry since 1994 and the wildlife control industry since 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and History from the University of Mary Washington and a master’s degree in Education from Marymount University. With decades of experience in nonprofit and association management, Andrea specializes in board relations, meeting and event planning, strategic planning, marketing, and legislative and regulatory advocacy. | Kristin CoronAssociate DirectorKristin Coron, Associate Director, is a co-principal of Coron Association Management LLC and has been supporting the pest management industry since 1995 and the wildlife control industry since 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Education from the University of Mary Washington. Kristin brings decades of experience in membership management, bookkeeping, technology and website coordination, technical writing, document preparation, and member services. |
